Our Step-By-Step Process

  1. Initial Contact

    To begin, contact Bay Area Legal Ally, APC by emailing jchan@bayarealegalally.com or by calling (415) 347-7184 to discuss your legal needs and how you would like to meet. Please note: missed calls without a voicemail will not be returned to avoid spam.

  2. In-person or Remote Meeting

    You can choose to simply discuss your needs by phone, Zoom meeting, or in-person at 333 Gellert Blvd, #142, Daly City, CA 94015.

    You may submit your documents securely via our Dropbox link or physically during our in-person meeting.

  3. Case Review

    Once we receive your information, we will conduct a prompt and thorough review. We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible whether we are able to accept your case.

  4. Case Preparation

    If we accept your case, we will begin work on it and keep you informed of our progress throughout the process. Our goal is to reach a resolution that is acceptable to you.
